Coronavirus: Army chief said - we have a 6-hour plan ready to fight the situation


New Delhi: The number of patients infected with Coronavirus in India is increasing continuously. Meanwhile, Army Chief General Manoj Mukund Narwane has said that the army is fully prepared to fight the coronavirus and will give full strength to deal with any situation. Also, he has said that the army can prepare the Isolation Ward and ICU on just 6 hours' notice. According to Narwane, whenever the army is called to help the people, they will come immediately.

45-bed isolation ward
In an interview given to the English newspaper The Indian Express, the army chief said that the Quick Reaction Team is ready to deal with any situation. He said, 'We can prepare an isolation ward of 45 beds on just 6 hours notice. With this, an ICU ward of 10 beds can also be prepared. Apart from this, it can also increase the productivity of surveillance and isolation '.

The meeting is happening every day
According to Narwane, the Army is reviewing the situation every day. He said that all his army commanders, principal staff officers, and advisers are constantly meeting and this issue is being discussed. In the last 2-3 months, training is also being given at different levels in the army. He himself is also reviewing it daily. Narwane admitted that the next week is very important in India.

Rajnath Singh praised
Let us know that during a meeting recently, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh praised the Army and the Air Force. So far, 1462 people brought from abroad have been kept under the supervision of the army. In which 389 people have now been sent home after completion of isolation. Currently, 1073 people are being looked after by the army in Manesar, Hindon, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, and Mumbai.
